5.1 Shipping
Your order will be shipped on the following working day until 11:00 o'clock if your order is placed before 15:00 o'clock from Monday to Friday.
The delivery time within Germany is 3-5 working days.

- 5.1.1 Delivery is by DPD or DHL Express and is worldwide.
- 5.1.2 The delivery for immediately available goods takes place - unless otherwise agreed - within seven working days after receipt of the invoice amount by Lemuta by D.M.S Sales & Consulting or after completion of the Paypal payment process or after charging your credit card. Lemuta by D.M.S Sales & Consulting accepts liability for delays that are not the responsibility of Lemuta by D.M.S Sales & Consulting.
- 5.1.3 The customer is obliged to accept the goods.
- 5.2.1 Goods that are immediately available are marked as such on the product pages of the shop www.Lemuta.com , as immediately available. Immediately available goods are dispatched as explained in 5.1.2.

5.1 Versand
Deine Bestellung wird am folgenden Werktag bis 11:00 Uhr versendet sofern deine Order vor 15 Uhr erfolgt von Montag bis Freitag.
Die Lieferzeit beträgt innerhalb von Deutschland 3-5 Werktage
- 5.1.1 Die Lieferung erfolgt per DPD or DHL Express und erfolgt weltweit.
- 5.1.2 Die Auslieferung für sofort verfügbare Ware erfolgt – sofern nicht anders vereinbart – innerhalb von sieben Werktagen nach Eingang des Rechnungsbetrages bei Lemuta by D.M.S Sales & Consulting bzw. nach Abschluss des Paypal-Zahlungsvorganges bzw. nach Belastung ihrer Kreditkarte. Für Verzögerungen, die nicht in den Verantwortungsbereich von Lemuta by D.M.S Sales & Consulting fallen übernimmt Lemuta by D.M.S Sales & Consulting Haftung.
- 5.1.3 Der Besteller ist zur Annahme der Ware verpflichtet.
5.2 Verfügbarkeit Status
- 5.2.1 Ware die sofort verfügbar ist, ist dementsprechend auf den Produktseiten des Shops www.Lemuta.com , als sofort verfügbar gekennzeichnet. Sofort verfügbare Ware wird wie in 5.1.2 erläutert Versand.
Zuzüglich zu den angegebenen Produktpreisen kommen noch Versandkosten hinzu. Näheres zur Höhe der Versandkosten erfahren Sie bei den Angeboten bzw. während dem Checkout. Hierbei werden die Versandkosten genau ausgewiesen.
