OUR PRODUCTION

Our textile production is located in Istanbul, a fashion metropolis in Europe. This place allows us to manufacture high-quality and sustainable textiles. The headquarter, office and warehouse is based in Germany (Würzburg). We are in very close contact with our manufacturing team in Istanbul and visit them regularly.

Our production has direct access to modern machinery and technologies to produce premium products that are environmentally friendly as well. Additionally, the geographical location allows us to have efficient logistics and fast shipping. To avoid unnecessary transportation routes, shipments from Istanbul are only carried out when trucks are fully loaded.

Production Process

1) Fabric Production

We produce our own fabric with circular knitting machines. The seamless fabric gets wound into rolls.

Using the guidelines provided by the designer, the fabric gets cut into single patterns of the garment.

The designs are applied to the fabric patterns using various techniques like screen printing e.g. The print is carefully aligned and transferred to the fabric.

5) Dyeing/ Washing

Dyeing or washing helps to achieve the final look and feel. Dyeing adds uniform color or special effects, while washing softens the fabric and can create unique textures.

6) Ironing

Ironing is one of the final steps. It smooths out wrinkles, sets seams and gives the garment a clean, finished look - ready for packaging.
