BLANKS / BLANK FINISHING : No, we ship our Blanks only to selected countries. All EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Turkey and UK will be accepted. CUSTOM PRODUCTION : Yes, we ship worldwide. But for countries outside the EU can be different conditions regarding to the minimum order (this does not apply to Switzerland, Norway, Turkey and UK).

Only when you're happy with the sample the bulk production starts. You can also order a sample before accepting the bulk order.

How can I have the blanks printed/finished directly by you?

If you would like to have the blanks finished directly by us, please do not order via our onlineshop. Fill out our inquiry form, contact us via mail (info@lemuta.com), WhatsApp (+4915114970053) or call us +49 (0) 931-99111301.

Where are you located?

Our office is based in Germany (Würzburg) and our factory is located in Istanbul.

Can I visit your factory?

Yes, after you confirmed an order of a custom production, you'll be able to make an appointment to visit our factory. Unfortunately there's no other opportunity due to the high demands.

Alternatively we offer to arrange a meeting for the showroom in Germany/ or arrange a Zoomcall to get to know each other and show you our products.

Our customer support is available Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm.Average answer time: 24h
